Карп без костей

Рецепты приготовления рыбы

Многие из нас сталкивались с тем, что в готовых рыбных блюдах попадаются кости. Мне лично это сильно мешает. Только начнёшь наслаждаться вкусом, а тут тебе надо вытащить лишнее. Исправим ситуацию!

Описание приготовления:
Но я знаю способ, как приготовить карпа без костей. И нам не нужно будет кропотливо вытаскивать все косточки перед приготовлением. Есть одна хитрость, при которой они пропадут без этого труда. Только следуйте по инструкции, чтобы не пропустить всех моментов. Получится мягкое и нежное горячее мясо рыбы.

Назначение: На обед / На ужин / На праздничный стол
Основной ингредиент: Рыба и морепродукты / Карп
Блюдо: Горячие блюда / Блюда в рукаве
География кухни: Русская кухня
Диета: Диетическое питание

Ингредиенты:
Карп — 1,5 Килограмма
Укроп — 1 Пучок
Соль — По вкусу
Чёрный молотый перец — По вкусу

Количество порций: 3-4

Карпа почистите и помойте. Дайте ему обсохнуть. Посолите и поперчите тушку.

Чтобы не удалять мелкие кости, возьмите нож. Сделайте много надрезов по всей рыбе. При запекании косточки просто выпарятся.

Теперь уберите карпа в рукав вместе с укропом и завяжите. Поставьте блюдо в духовку при 220 градусах на 1 час.

Разрежьте готовую рыбу на порционные кусочки, посмотрев ещё раз, чтобы не было костей.
